We are located in a retail shopping center with plenty of free parking; the parking, building, and our office is wheel-chair accesible. Our operatories are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment: we use dual monitors: patient can watch x-rays, and/or video exam on their monitor; doctor has her own monitor for diagnosis. Patients can watch their favorite movie while work is being done, or listen to XM radio on the headphones. Low-dose Digital Radiography We use low-radiation digital x-rays that uses up to 90% less radiation then standard x-ray systems. The x-ray images appear instantly on the computer, so our staff spends more time with you and not in the darkroom. Each image can be magnified and enhanced to reveal hidden problems. Your safety, comfort and care are our primary concerns. Intra-oral Camera We use high resultion, wireless intra-oral camera, allowing doctor to use video as a diagnostic tool. You can watch the video live during diagnosis. This camera magnifies images, allowing us to spot potential problems like cracked fillings, fractures in teeth, and beginning of decay. With this revolutionary tool, we can provide early diagnosis of small problems before they become larger problems. We use other high-tech equipment such as radiosurguery tool that allows blood-less, pain-less incisions. About Dr. Shah
Dr. Purvi Shah is a dedicated and enthusiastic dentist who has been practicing since 1992 and has been spreading smiles in California since 1997. She has cared for hundreds of patients from all walks of life with a wide range of problems. Her caring nature along with a gentle hand has won hearts of her patients. Dr. Shah provides preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry. She performs oral surgery, root canals, crowns, bridges, and dentures. She performs cosmetic makeovers by using veneers. She is a certified dentist for the Cerinate Luminners™ - the most advanced technology in cosmetic veneers that does not require removing sound tooth strucutre to place veneers. She also uses advanced Zoom!™ technology to perform in-office whitening in less than an hour. Dr. Shah is a licensed clinician for the Invisalign™ orthodontic treatment that uses invisible braces. Dr. Shah is a member of several prestigious organizations including American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Sacramento District Dental Society. She continually upgrades her knowledge about the newest techniques and approaches for state of art, and comfortable dental care. Dr. Shah lives in Folsom with her husband, and two children.
